Job summary

Rehab Without Walls Neuro Rehabilitation is seeking a PRN Occupational Therapist to join our Home & Community Neuro Rehabilitation team in Bellingham, WA. You will deliver one-on-one therapy in real-world settings to help individuals regain independence and confidence in daily life.

The role offers flexible PRN scheduling, autonomy in clinical decisions, and a focus on home-based, community-focused rehabilitation across a nationwide team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program.
• Unrestricted state OT license.
• CPR certification.
• At least 1 year of OT experience.
• Knowledge of rehabilitation techniques for complex neurological conditions.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds; assist with transfers up to 100 pounds.
• Standing/walking for extended periods; manual dexterity required.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized OT services in home and community settings.
• Help patients improve daily living skills, cognition, safety, and community participation.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans focused on meaningful outcomes.
• Collaborate with patients, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Support independence and community reintegration through real-world therapy.
• Perform evaluations and develop discharge plans; communicate progress to treatment team.
