Job summary

Novocure Inc. is seeking a Territory Manager to lead strategic growth across Nebraska and Iowa. This field-based role requires building strong relationships with physicians and clinical teams, developing territory plans, and driving adoption of TTFields therapy.

You will own the territory, partner with cross-functional teams, and travel regularly within the region to support patients and reimbursement. A driven, autonomous seller with a hunter mentality is ideal.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 5+ years of successful field sales or account management experience in medical devices, oncology, or related healthcare technology.
• Ability to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory and develop territory business plans.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans to drive growth.
• Build relationships with neuro-oncologists, neurosurgeons, radiation and medical oncologists across academic and community settings.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while expanding existing accounts.
• Understand account dynamics, patient care models, and business needs to uncover opportunities.
• Partner cross-functionally with Scientific Liaisons, Device Support Specialists, Reimbursement, and Sales Operations.
• Support physicians and clinical staff throughout the patient treatment journey, including reimbursement and access.
• Maintain accurate account and activity information within CRM.
• Execute corporate and regional strategies with autonomy in the field.
