Job summary

Lake Cumberland Regional Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Neuro ICU team in Somerset, KY. This full-time role features rotating weekends and 6:30/7:00 shifts with a $15,000 commitment bonus over two years.

Qualified candidates will hold an RN license in Kentucky, a state CPR/BLS certification, and ACLS/PALS. Education includes an ASN with a preference for a BSN. This position supports professional development and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• RN licensure in the state of practice is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the ICU using nursing processes.
• Perform plan-of-care interventions including medications, specimens, and treatments.
• Document patient care and monitor patient conditions for care teams and families.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams and manage transfers/discharges.
