Job summary

Qualifications

• HS Diploma or GED completed.
• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire (AHA).
• At least one nursing clinical experience or CNA work recently.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care activities delegated by the nurse.
• Assist with hygiene, nutrition, elimination, skin care and comfort of patients.
• Record vital signs, intake/output and report findings to the nurse.
• Assist with admissions, transfers and discharges as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient environment and conserve supplies.
• Respond promptly to call lights and patient requests.
• Support unit maintenance tasks to ensure efficient operations.
