Job summary

Qualifications

• Certifications: BLS within 30 days (AHA).
• Education: H.S. Diploma/GED (Required).

Responsibilities

• Assists RN with daily patient care (bathing, hygiene, feeding, ambulation).
• Measures and documents vitals (BP, HR, RR, temp, intake/output).
• Documents in EMR accurately.
• Admits/transfers/discharges under RN supervision and prepares room.
• Ensures patient safety by responding to call lights and maintaining comfort.
• Performs transfers, positioning and basic patient care under supervision.
