Job summary

You will analyze service requests, troubleshoot LAN/WAN issues, install and test hardware/software, and provide frontline customer support through the central help desk, ensuring connectivity and reliability.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in computer science, computer engineering or relevant experience.
• CCENT/CCNA qualifications strongly preferred.
• Excellent diagnostic, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, tests, troubleshoots and monitors LAN hardware/software.
• Identifies and resolves network/telecom malfunctions and connectivity issues.
• Provides customer service through central help desk and documents resolutions.
• Performs routine network administration and security procedures.
• Plans and tests software/hardware upgrades and advises users on capabilities.
