Qualifications

• BS/BA in CS or CE required.
• Strong diagnostic and analytical abilities essential.
• Relevant experience in network technician roles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Configures, installs, tests, troubleshoots, repairs and monitors LAN hardware/software to ensure connectivity.
• Resolves network and telecommunication issues including mainframe/remote access connections.
• Maintains help desk service to diagnose and repair customer problems.
