Job summary

Qualifications

• Significant experience with Active Directory including software deployment and group policies.
• Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot network problems across LAN/WAN.
• Broad knowledge of PC hardware and software.
• Experience with firewalls and content filtering.
• Experience with Google Workspace and a Chrome environment.
• Experience with VMware managements and virtualization environments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the data backup system and perform restorations as needed.
• Direct the PC Support Technician and review daily workload priorities as requested by IT Administrator.
• Work with Data Specialist to ensure accurate and timely data processing as needed.
• Manage the servers and network equipment.
• Install hardware and software as required.
• Perform special projects from time to time on a school by school basis.
