• BA/BS/AS degree in a related field.
• 5–10 years of related network administration experience.
• Understanding of networking principles, routing, TCP/IP, and topologies.
• Experience with Windows Server AD, DNS, DHCP and virtual environments.
• Proficiency with SQL Server, VMware/Nutanix AHV, and hybrid Office 365/Azure.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day network operations for stability, security, and performance.
• Provide technical support to users across manufacturing and office staff.
• Manage network installation, configuration, maintenance, and asset management.
• Liaise with outsourcers for Oracle, Exchange, cyber, and other issues as needed.
• Monitor and maintain Track-It Help Desk system and respond to requests.
