You will monitor, maintain, and update network infrastructure, including operating systems and software, while training users and maintaining documentation. Strong emphasis on security and backups is required.

Qualifications

• Responsibilities include establishing and maintaining network users, environment, directories, and security.
• Responding to network users’ access and software questions.
• Keeping up with changes in user and system software and hardware requirements.
• Monitoring and administering the network, keeping system information up-to-date in a network log.
• Administering synergy program and providing training to users.
• Updating operating systems as required.
• Loading and updating software applications as required.
• Managing memory usage of the network, network printing, and network technical resources.
• Maintaining a backup of all files, security, and rights.
