Job summary

U.S. Bank is seeking an experienced engineer to supervise and develop multi-platform enterprise solutions for technology infrastructure. You will direct cross-functional teams to enhance performance, reliability, and capacity, while evaluating new products and services.

The role requires deep expertise in network technologies, IAM, NAC, ZTNA, and secure remote access, with emphasis on scalable, highly available environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent work experience.
• At least 5 years of experience within an IT environment.
• At least 10 years of experience with design, development and support of technology infrastructure.
• Strong expertise in network technologies including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, routing, switching, VPNs, and load balancing.
• Experience with AAA technologies including RADIUS, TACACS+, SAML, OAuth, and certificate-based authentication.
• Experience implementing NAC solutions such as Cisco ISE or equivalent platforms.
• Familiarity with IAM integrations and Active Directory/Entra ID.
• Experience supporting ZTNA solutions such as Netskope, Zscaler, or similar.
• Experience with remote access technologies and secure connectivity services.
• Understanding of identity-driven access controls and segmentation strategies.
• Experience designing highly available, geographically distributed environments.
• Understanding of PKI and encryption technologies.
• Experience with platform upgrades, lifecycle management, and capacity planning.

Responsibilities

• Supervises and develops multi-platform converged enterprise engineering solutions.
• Leads, directs, or recommends cross-functional teams for system enhancements for performance, reliability, scalability, and capacity.
• Evaluates product and service solutions.
• Supports platform upgrades and capacity planning; ensures highly available, distributed environments.
