Hickory Point Bank & Trust seeks an IT professional to oversee the administration, setup and ongoing configuration of our networking systems and related equipment in Decatur, IL. The role requires strong troubleshooting, document changes, and hands-on experience with AD and SD-WAN technologies.

Responsibilities include monitoring performance, assisting with policy adherence, and supporting lighting-quick responses to incidents in a fast-paced banking environment.

Qualifications

• Experience administering and maintaining computer network systems and data circuits.
• Bachelor’s degree in information systems or related field or 5+ years of hands-on IT experience.
• Proven ability to install, upgrade and monitor network performance.

Responsibilities

• Oversee administration, setup, and ongoing configuration of networking systems and equipment (servers, routers, switches, firewalls, wireless APs, SD-WAN).
• Use network analysis tools to troubleshoot performance issues and document changes.
• Maintain software license compliance and manage AD user permissions.
• Perform light programming/scripting to automate tasks and analyze system logs.
• Collaborate with IT and vendors to install, monitor, and optimize systems and connections.
