We are seeking an experienced IT Field Service Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in networking, network security, Windows operating systems/servers, and Windows applications. This role involves delivering onsite and remote support, troubleshooting technical issues, implementing solutions, and ensuring client satisfaction across a wide range of environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide onsite and remote technical support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of IT issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, desktops, and applications.
• Troubleshoot and support networking environments, including LAN/WAN, switches, routers, and firewalls.
• Assist with implementing and maintaining network security solutions (firewalls, VPNs, endpoint security, etc.).
• Perform system updates, patches, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with internal MSP team members to escalate and resolve complex issues.
• Document all work performed, including technical procedures and customer communications.
• Support project deployments including server migrations, network upgrades, and application rollouts.
• Provide excellent customer service, ensuring a positive client experience.
