Job summary

Responsibilities

Troubleshoots and resolves computer-related problems.
Sets up equipment for employee use and ensures proper installation of cables, OS, and software.
Installs, maintains, relocates, tests, and upgrades new and existing hardware and software.
Provides customer service and responds to user inquiries about software, hardware operation, and system use.
Assists with maintaining network operating systems and security software and user access rights.
