You will support and configure client network devices, read and create network diagrams, and work on troubleshooting and professional services projects to meet client expectations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on experience with network router/switch/firewall setup and configuration.
• 1+ year of MSP or similar client-facing experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client relationship skills.
