• Experience with Remedy ITSM, PowerShell, and network troubleshooting.
• Strong analytical and customer-facing communication skills.

The role includes handling service requests, change management, incident resolution, and collaborating with internal teams to implement and optimize DDI solutions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage and support DDI systems (BlueCat, Vital QIP) including IP address provisioning, DNS/DHCP configuration, and resource records.
• Handle service requests, incidents, and changes across global regions.
• Perform pre-validation, implementation, and post-checks for production changes.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Engineering, Architecture, and business teams to meet technical requirements.
• Ensure compliance with ITIL best practices and operational procedures.
