Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services is seeking a Senior DDI/Network Lead to manage and configure enterprise DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services across large environments. The role involves planning complex projects, restoration RCA, and automation of repetitive tasks.

You will collaborate with virtual and in-person teams, operate with limited supervision and contribute to security and regulatory compliance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of experience managing/configuring Enterprise networks or DDI solutions.
• Knowledge of DNS, DHCP and IP address Management Protocols.
• Experience with DDI tools (TCPWave, Bluecat or Infoblox) would be advantageous.
• Ability to work with virtual and in-person teams, and work under pressure or to a deadline.
• Ability to operate with a limited level of direct supervision.
• Experience in a Financial Services or large complex/global environment preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Effective analytic/diagnostic skills.
• Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience.
• Master’s degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create complex project plans, perform impact analyses, solve/work high impact problems/projects, and provide resolutions to restore DDI services.
• Drive Root Cause Analysis (RCA) post restoration of service.
• Design testing approaches, complex processes, reporting streams, and creating automation of repetitive tasks.
• Review requirement documents, define hardware requirements and examine and update processes and procedures as necessary for DDI environment.
• Collaborate with network architects, network security and network operations teams to implement best practices for DDI services.
• Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm’s reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.
