Job summary
WELBRO Building Corporation is seeking a Network Support Engineer to deliver first- and second-level IT support across voice, data, apps, hardware, and networked systems. You will diagnose issues, document in the ticket system, and support account administration, endpoint security, and device deployments in a Microsoft-centric environment.

Qualifications
- Experience providing first- and second-level IT support across voice, data, apps, hardware and networked systems.
- Familiarity with Windows Server administration and Active Directory user/group management.
- Experience with Microsoft 365 services including authentication (2FA) and data migrations.
Responsibilities
- Assist cyber security monitoring of servers and endpoints; support for VLANs and switching on internal network and colocation facility.
- Log, track and document incidents in a ticketing system; provide updates and final resolutions.
- Provide break/fix and remote support for laptops, tablets, phones, and peripherals; escalate when needed.
- Provide on-site and remote assistance for Microsoft 365 and Active Directory, including password/access issues.
