Job summary

United States Digital Space LLC is looking for an experienced Network Security Engineer to join their Customer Support Team. The role involves resolving complex technical problems and helping customers with advanced infrastructure threats across various company products including DDoS mitigation and firewalls.

The ideal candidate has at least 3 years in technical support, is fluent in English, and possesses a strong understanding of networking protocols and systems. Flexibility in working hours is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years working within a Technical Support team solving various technical issues.
• Self-driven and capable of learning new technologies/systems/features with little guidance.
• Experience troubleshooting network connectivity issues, BGP routing, and GRE tunnels.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via chat, email, and phone.
• Compare traffic signatures to determine good or malicious traffic.
• Advise customers on filtering malicious traffic using company tools.

Skills

Fluent English speaker

Technical Support experience

Understanding of the Internet and OSI Model

Network protocols (TCP/UDP)

Troubleshooting network issues
