Job summary

Chicago Public Schools in Chicago is seeking a Network School Support Administrator (NSSA). You will coordinate initiatives to support principals, parents, and community stakeholders while aligning with CPS policies and procedures.

The role is full-time, on-site, and exempt, reporting to Network leadership. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree, a valid PEL with Administrative Endorsement, and at least three years of district leadership experience.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and an Administrative Endorsement / PK-12 Principal Endorsement required.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of Resident Principal, Assistant Principal, and/or Principal experience required.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
  • Supervise and develop Network Office staff, including performance evaluations.
  • Manage school operations, budgets, contracts, and policy alignment; ensure CPS policy compliance.
  • Support and escalate for school auxiliary services (facility, transportation, nutrition, IT, etc.).
  • Collaborate with Central Office departments to improve student achievement and reporting.
