Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Valid Professional Educator License (PEL) and an Administrative Endorsement PK–12 Principal Endorsement required.
  • Minimum of three years of Resident Principal/Assistant Principal/Principal experience.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and facilitate implementing initiatives to support parents, community stakeholders, principals, and network leaders.
  • Build and maintain efficient systems of operation aligned with CPS policy.
  • Supervise and develop Network Office staff and dotted-line resources.
  • Manage school budgets, contracts, and policy alignment; address CPS policies and procedures.
  • Support and escalate for school auxiliary services; handle misconduct and student-related processes.
  • Collaborate with CO departments and external agencies to support emergencies and events.
  • Develop partnerships and transparent communications regarding CPS policies.

Education

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
PEL license and Administrative Endorsement PK–12
