Qualifications

• Associate’s degree or 2+ years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Assist with implementing medical providers and communicate effectively.
• Verify provider signatures, contracts and documentation before processing.
• Review credentials per credentialing requirements and protocols.
• Provide orientation on managed care procedures and liaise with providers.
• Maintain provider data integrity and roster updates.
• Conduct and manage provider data audits for network integrity.
