Job summary

This role ensures accurate information across systems and timely processing of requests while fostering clear communication with internal teams and external providers.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of administrative or healthcare support experience.
• Experience with provider data, healthcare systems, or administrative workflows preferred.
• High attention to detail and ability to coordinate across teams.
• Strong organization and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate SCA and contracting requests from intake through execution.
• Maintain provider demographic and operational data across internal systems.
• Support credentialing and recredentialing activities with accurate records.
• Prepare documentation for audits and internal reviews.
• Facilitate cross‑functional communication between Provider Network, Credentialing, Claims, and other teams.
• Maintain trackers and basic reports for provider data and issue tracking.
• Provide administrative support for the Provider Network team and special projects.
