Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare provider relationship management.
• Ability to travel up to 10%.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establishes relationships with network providers and fosters collaboration for a strong network partnership.
• Analyzes network provider performance and quality indicators, performing audits for compliance with contracts and SLAs.
• Resolves escalated issues raised by network providers with proactive, customer-centric problem-solving.
• Collaborates with network contracting teams to negotiate terms and conditions with providers.
• Develops plans to expand and enhance the network with business development support.
• Monitors network data to assess effectiveness and recommend improvements.
• Coordinates with finance, operations, and customer service for aligned network initiatives.
• Conducts regular meetings with providers to review performance and opportunities for improvement.
• Keeps abreast of industry trends and regulatory changes, communicating impacts to stakeholders.
