Job summary

GCI is seeking a Service Delivery Provisioning Administrator II to work with Delivery Engineers to build and deliver services across the company’s network. You will support Engineering designs, troubleshoot core and access networks, and coordinate with teams to implement changes while ensuring service delivery quality.

Qualifications

• Combination of relevant work experience and/or education may substitute to meet total years required.
• Minimum six years of combined technical support experience with network platforms, testing, routers and/or switches.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery support for core IP, MPLS, carrier Ethernet, Wireless Data/IP, switch voice, and TDM/SONET network systems.
• Execute designs and plans to implement changes across the network.
• Coordinate installation, upgrading, testing, and troubleshooting of new network elements with internal groups.
• Review planned and unplanned changes to network infrastructure.
• Process service orders for circuit turn-up and change requests across IP/Ethernet, Voice, and TDM/SONET networks.
