Job summary

GCI Communication Corp. is seeking an experienced Service Delivery Provisioning Administrator II to join our Alaska team. You will work with Delivery Engineers to build and deliver services across our network and troubleshoot in the wireless data/IP, core, MPLS, and voice/TDM environments.

You will coordinate with multiple groups to execute engineering designs, manage changes, and ensure SLA compliance while supporting network growth and reliability.

Qualifications

• Minimum six years of combined technical support experience in networking and related fields.
• Associate degree or equivalent combined with work experience acceptable.
• Experience with core IP/MPLS networks and service provisioning is preferred.
• Certifications in CCNA/CCNP or Nokia/Juniper are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide delivery support for core IP, MPLS, carrier Ethernet, Wireless Data/IP, and TDM/SONET networks.
• Execute designs and plans from Engineering for changes across the network.
• Collaborate with support, engineering, and business groups to install, upgrade, test, and troubleshoot network elements.
• Review planned and unplanned changes to network infrastructure.
• Process service orders for circuit turn-up and change requests across IP/Ethernet, Voice, and TDM/SONET.
• Support turn-up of network elements to enable growth and perform SLA-mandated testing.
