Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in CS, IT, or related field.
• Minimum of four years of relevant experience in wireless telecommunications or related field.
• Experience with network performance monitoring, diagnostics, and capacity planning beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Oversee proactive performance management and fault detection to meet KPIs and SLAs.
• Analyze performance metrics, forecast demand, and identify over/underutilized resources.
• Collaborate with Network Operations, Engineering, and Product teams to improve data collection and reporting.
• Support HFC-based access networks, including DOCSIS, node segmentation, and performance optimization.
• Lead or contribute to network upgrades and capacity planning initiatives.
