Qualifications

• 10+ years in the payments industry with card ecosystem experience.
• Ability to negotiate complex, high-value commercial agreements.
• Proven track record delivering large-scale initiatives in matrixed orgs.
• Skilled at building senior relationships to advance objectives.
• Ability to translate complex info into actionable recommendations.
• Executive-level communication to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead development of Network loyalty and benefits with Mastercard and Visa.
• Negotiate and manage high-profile network deals across stakeholders.
• Oversee full deal lifecycle from evaluation to execution.
• Lead end-to-end co-creation of new benefits with networks.
• Monitor contract performance and ensure value capture.
• Assess payments ecosystem developments and advise Citi on responses.
• Collaborate with Products, Finance, Legal, and Operations to address challenges.
