Citigroup Inc. in New York, NY, seeks a Head of Partner Engagement & Strategy for the Partnership Cards and Development organization. This senior role shapes vision and strategy for partnerships with cobrand and private label products, renewing and optimizing portfolios, and aligning with US Consumer Cards strategy.

The candidate will lead a team, drive stakeholder engagement with senior Citi leaders, and oversee negotiations, risk considerations, and execution of new partner programs.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of management experience in financial services.
• Analytical and conceptual thinker.
• Proven ability to manage internal and external partnerships and negotiate complex structures.
• Track record of executing deals and managing P&L.

Responsibilities

• Identify and implement strategic initiatives to gain competitive advantage.
• Lead end-to-end partnerships from sourcing to closing.
• Analyze business cases and lead client meetings and pitches.
• Develop and negotiate partner contracts; integrate Citi product offerings.
• Set long-term vision and strategy for partnership programs.
