Job summary

InvestCloud is seeking a senior partnerships leader to build and own the transfer agent side of the Altic network. Transfer agents are among the most consequential participants: they process the subscriptions, maintain the investor register, and run the lifecycle servicing that everything downstream depends on.

The US transfer agent market is fragmented, with a wide field of viable counterparties servicing registered semi-liquid structures.

Qualifications

7–10 years in commercial partnerships, business development or strategic relationship management within financial services.
Demonstrated experience sourcing, negotiating and closing commercial agreements with large financial-services counterparties.
Direct working experience within US asset management or fund operations, including exposure to transfer agency.
Experience structuring pricing and running contract negotiations directly, working alongside Legal.

Responsibilities

Maintain systematic coverage of the US transfer agent landscape.
Score and prioritize transfer agents against a rubric tied to network importance.
Use AI-native tooling to keep market scanning, scoring and diligence continuous.
Forecast network build with PMN leadership and honest read on partner positions.
Own commercial conversations end to end with prospective transfer agent partners, including pricing and deals.
Run contract negotiations with Legal through to signature and maintain network standards.
