Job summary

InvestCloud seeks a senior partnerships leader to build and own the custodian side of the Altic network, coordinating with PMN leadership, Legal and Product. The role requires deep experience in U.S.

custodians, pricing and contract negotiations, and the ability to operate with autonomy within a capitalized, AI-enabled environment. You will shape network growth by selecting priority custodians, negotiating agreements, and managing ongoing relationships through renewal, while collaborating with

Qualifications

• 7–10 years in commercial partnerships or BD within financial services
• Experience sourcing, negotiating and closing commercial agreements with large financial-services counterparties
• Direct working experience with US custodians, broker-dealers or bank custody operations
• Experience running long, multi-stakeholder enterprise cycles through to signature
• Experience structuring pricing and running contract negotiations with Legal involvement

Responsibilities

• Account Planning & Market Coverage: Map US custodian landscape and define named accounts
• Commercial Structuring & Negotiation: Own pricing, deal structure and service commitments
• Relationship Ownership: Named owner for custodian partners across full lifecycle
• Cross-Functional Delivery: Manage handoff to Product/Engineering and stay engaged through integration
• Escalate partner risks and blockers to internal owners before delivery issues arise
