Zusammenfassung

Altruist is seeking a Manager, Transfer of Assets to lead our ACAT and non-ACAT transfer operations. You will own end-to-end transfers, from initiation to settlement, while coaching a high-performing team and driving efficiency through data-driven decisions.

You will partner with Product and Engineering to shape the transfer roadmap, ensure policy compliance, and support regulatory examinations. This role is based in our Dallas area offices and offers a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifikationen

• 4+ years hands-on account transfers at a self-clearing broker-dealer, clearing firm, or custodian.
• 1+ years managing people, with a track record of growth.
• Proven ability to build a high-trust, low-variance team culture in high-volume environments.
• In-depth knowledge of FINRA Rule 11870 and NSCC rules.
• Proven record of process improvement and risk controls.
• Excellent communication skills and stakeholder relationship abilities.
• FINRA Series 7 or 99, with willingness to obtain Series 24.

• Own the account transfer lifecycle for ACAT, DRS, DWAC, and non-ACAT transfers.
• Lead, coach, develop, and hire top talent and foster a culture of accountability.
• Monitor metrics and use insights for workforce management and process improvements.
• Drive operations innovation and AI tooling in transfer workflows.
• Partner with Product and Engineering to shape the transfer roadmap and validation.
• Maintain transfer policies and serve as liaison for audits and regulatory examinations.
