Responsabilidades

• Support the Shift Lead and management by executing processes for network and distributed platforms according to knowledge-base procedures.
• Provide Tier I technical support for the global technology infrastructure.
• Resolve simple, automated, and scripted incidents.
• Execute, coordinate, or implement simple, automated, and scripted changes for infrastructure requests.
• Respond to requests from internal clients, vendors, and technology teams.
• Troubleshoot and provide client support for technology, infrastructure, and batch-processing issues.
• Identify and escape severe events to Command Centre Management.
• Document and update incident details in the ServiceNow ticketing system.
• Escalate unresolved issues to Tier II support.
• Communicate status updates on technical issues and remediation efforts to management.
