Tata Consultancy Services in Plano, TX seeks a Network Manager to provide strategic leadership across enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, and security environments, driving scalable, reliable connectivity for manufacturing and IT systems.

You will lead cross-functional teams, oversee ITIL processes, incident and change management, vendor relations, and roadmaps for network modernization, automation, and observability to enhance service performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science required.
• Extensive enterprise networking and security experience.
• ITIL processes, incident and change management experience.
• Leads cross-functional technical teams across enterprise networks.
• Experience in manufacturing/OT environments is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership for enterprise LAN, WAN, Wireless, Firewall, DNS/DHCP/IPAM, Cloud, and Network Security environments.
• Oversee operation, maintenance, and improvement of enterprise network architecture for scalability, resiliency, and security.
• Lead network operations teams for incident, problem, change, event, and service request management.
