Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in C#, Java, or Python for software development.

Responsibilities

• Develops transmission system models for NMMS and real-time operations.
• Support NMMS data exchange and model maintenance with NDSWG.
• Validate generator and transmission data against model requirements.
• Develop tools for data exchange, database infrastructure, and export formats.
• Write and maintain modeling software tools in Java, C# .NET, Python.
• Create validation rules for data submissions using SQL.
• Manage NMMS upgrades and patches and assist in server administration.
• Provide training and mentoring within the Engineering Development Program.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to update protocols and guides.
