Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field required.
• Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• NERC Certification as a Reliability Coordinator preferred.

Responsibilities

• Hire, coach, train, and manage staff.
• Supervise direct reports and collaborate with peers and stakeholders.
• Provide budgeting input and approve actions beyond a limited scope.
• Validate network model changes and support the Engineering Development Program.
