Job summary

SBT Global, Inc. is seeking a proactive Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator to support our Los Angeles office and regional operations. The role focuses on maintaining LAN/WAN, VPN, and security, while supporting ~200 users across office and warehouse environments.

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong networking knowledge, hands-on IT support experience, and the ability to collaborate with internal teams, vendors, and stakeholders. Bilingual Korean and English is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Administration, Infrastructure Operations, or IT Support.
• Strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Routing & Switching, LAN/WAN/WLAN, VPN, Firewall Administration, and network monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and network security environments.
• Configure and support routers, switches, firewalls, and wireless access points.

Network & IT Infrastructure Administrator - Must Bilingual in Korean

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Network & IT InfrastructureAdministrator to support our Los Angeles office and regional business operations. This positionis responsible for maintaining network infrastructure, supporting approximately 200 usersacross office and warehouse environments, and ensuring stable IT operations.

The ideal candidate will possess strong networking knowledge, hands-on IT support experience,and the ability to work independently while collaborating with internal teams, vendors, andbusiness stakeholders.

1. Network Infrastructure Administration

• Manage, monitor, and maintain LAN/WAN, wireless, VPN, and network securityenvironments.
• Configure and support network devices including routers, switches, firewalls, andwireless access points.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity, performance, routing, switching, and wireless issues.
• Support network upgrades, expansions, and infrastructure improvement projects.
• Maintain network documentation, diagrams, standards, and operational procedures.
• Coordinate with carriers, vendors, and service providers for issue resolution andimplementation activities.
• Assist with network security administration including firewall policies, VPN access, andaccess control management.

2. IT Infrastructure & Systems Support

• Support Windows-based infrastructure, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file services, anduser account administration.
• Perform system monitoring, patch management, and routine operational maintenance.
• Assist with IT infrastructure deployments, upgrades, and migration projects.
• Maintain IT asset inventory, lifecycle management, and documentation.

3. End User Support

• Provide onsite and remote technical support for approximately 200 users.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, printing, conferencing, and connectivity issues.
• Support employee onboarding, offboarding, workstation deployment, and equipmentsetup.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for local IT support requests and escalations.
• Coordinate with internal IT teams, external vendors, and business stakeholders.
• Support office, warehouse, and infrastructure expansion initiatives.
• Participate in IT standardization, cybersecurity, and operational improvement projects.
• Assist in implementing corporate IT policies and best practices.

Required:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related
• field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Network Administration, Infrastructure Operations, orIT Support.

Hands-on experience configuring and supporting:

• Ability to troubleshoot network and infrastructure issues independently.
• Strong customer service, communication, and documentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word).

Preferred:

• Experience with Cisco Meraki administration and deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 administration.
• Experience supporting warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing environments.
• Knowledge of network security technologies including IPSec, SSL VPN, IDS/IPS, andAccess Control.
• Experience with VoIP, Unified Communications, and wireless network optimization.
• Familiarity with network monitoring and packet analysis tools.

• CompTIA Network+
• Microsoft Certified Credentials
