Job summary

Cloudflare seeks a Network Hardware Engineer in Austin, TX to drive selection, validation, and qualification of network devices for our global cloud infrastructure. You will own the New Product Introduction process, develop test plans, and collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Datacenter teams.

You will contribute to production validation, automate tests, reproduce issues for TAC, and help scale hardware performance across our network.

Responsibilities

• Lead the New Product Introduction process for network devices.
• Develop and execute Device Validation Testing (DVT) and Production Validation Testing (PVT).
• Automate test plans and tooling to improve testing efficiency.
• Collaborate with Network Engineering, Operations, and Datacenter teams.
• Troubleshoot, reproduce, and resolve hardware issues; support TAC.
