Cloudflare is seeking an Engineering Manager for the Cloudflare Network Interconnect (CNI) team in Austin. You will hire, mentor, and guide a distributed group of software engineers focused on private interconnects that connect enterprise networks to Cloudflare’s services.

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience as an Engineering Manager for a Software and Systems team.
• Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of hiring and developing engineers.
• Solid background in IP networking including BGP and interconnect technologies.

Responsibilities

• Hire, mentor, and coach a distributed software engineering team.
• Partner with Product Managers and senior leadership to shape roadmap and priorities.
• Drive reliability and automation for provisioning pipelines and incident response.
• Collaborate with Network Operations and partner teams on capacity planning and integrations.
