Job summary

Responsibilities include configuring firewalls, VPNs, DNS/DHCP, and authentication systems; coordinating with stakeholders and vendors; and maintaining documentation and disaster recovery procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 3+ years in a related field.
• Strong knowledge of LAN/WAN, network security and system upgrades.
• Experience with Cisco networking and VOIP environments.

Responsibilities

• Establishes and maintains networking environment by documenting standards.
• Monitors performance, troubleshoots outages and coordinates upgrades.
• Implements ITIL-aligned change control and disaster recovery.
• Configures and maintains firewall, VPN, DNS/DHCP, and authentication systems.
