Responsibilities

  • Supports development and implementation of networking projects and new technology installations
  • Conducts research on networking products, services, protocols, and standards for procurement and development
  • Writes technical specifications for purchase of networking hardware and software products
  • Maintains up-to-date knowledge of networking contracts and supervises contract-based installations
  • Installs, configures, tests, maintains, monitors, and troubleshoots end user workstation hardware and software
