Job summary

Leidos is hiring for the Joint Fires Network (JFN) NOC to support the GSMO-II program at Ford Island, HI. The role focuses on network operations and ensuring high availability for DISA-provided services within the 24x7 DGOC environment.

Ideal candidates have a DoD Top Secret clearance, DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification, and 4+ years of related experience, with readiness for shift work in a mission-critical setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 4+ years of relevant experience.
• DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 baseline certification required before start.
• Able to work in a 24x7 shift environment.
• Active DoD Top Secret clearance.

Responsibilities

• Execute network operations to include configuration and analysis of customer circuits across optical and electro-optical multiplexers, routers, and switches.
• Perform real-time circuit redesign to restore customer connectivity during outages and maintenance actions.
• Work with internal/external customers and agencies to ensure maximum network availability.
• Proactively monitor network alarms across management tools.
• Perform change management tasks including hardware replacement and software configurations.
• Utilize incident management applications to document outages, degradations, and resolutions.
• Assess and recommend resolutions leveraging knowledge of routers, switches, and related tech.
