Job summary

FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Network Engineer II to join our team near Texarkana, TX. You will support RRAD’s advanced IT and communication systems, providing end-user technical support and maintenance for motorola-based radio hardware and software.

The role requires managing radios across RRAD assets and ensuring proper configuration of critical applications, with a focus on compliance with Army and FCC regulations. Active Secret clearance and US citizenship are required.

Qualifications

• Must have verifiable experience managing and repairing Motorola-based radio systems.
• Must be able to lift over 50 pounds.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills for collaborating with stakeholders and managing teams in high-pressure environments.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and repairs to RRAD-owned ADP equipment.
• Augment Government personnel by providing end-user technical support for factory-floor applications and LMP-connected hardware used by RRAD production personnel.
• Ensure computers used by production personnel are properly configured with specialty applications (ETM interface).
• Perform live and remote-desktop troubleshooting to isolate user problems with LMP-connected applications.
• Trace and resolve hardware and connectivity issues related to LMP-controlled printers and data acquisition equipment.
