First Interstate Bank is seeking a Network Engineer II to design, implement, maintain, and support our hardware and software network infrastructure. You will ensure security, availability, and performance across LANs, WANs, and UC environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
• 7-9 years IT experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Advanced knowledge of local and wide area networking, Ethernet and TCP/IP required.

Responsibilities

• Designs and implements network solutions including LANs and UC environments.
• Installs and maintains routers, switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless, servers, VoIP and related services.
• Monitors, maintains, expands, and recovers network infrastructure with minimal business disruption.
• Provides advanced network support and resolves complex connectivity issues.
• Develops network documentation, diagrams, SOPs, and configurations.
