Qualifications

• Minimum 2-4 years’ experience in a network position or technical support.
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, VPNs.
• Able to think outside the box & contribute innovative solutions to complex issues.

Responsibilities

• Act as L2 escalation point for issues raised by L1 engineers.
• Perform advanced troubleshooting for LAN, WAN, Wi Fi, VPN, Meraki and SDWAN issues.
• Support and troubleshoot Cisco routers/switches, Meraki APs, switches, firewalls.
• Handle SD WAN and Cradle point router connectivity issues.
• Coordinate with ISPs for outages, latency, packet loss, and circuit restoration.
• Document incidents, resolutions, and procedures clearly in ticketing tools (ServiceNow).
• Mentor L1 engineers to troubleshoot and resolve issues independently.
• Collaborate with other teams surrounding projects and deployment activities.
