Job summary

Saint Luke's Health System seeks a Senior Network Operations professional to provide high-level support for complex network delivery issues and participate in projects to transition to steady-state operations.

You will troubleshoot, document, mentor staff, and serve as SME for selected tools and processes. CCNP and 6+ years in data center networking are preferred, with after-hours on-call rotation and local work-from-home options.

Qualifications

• 6–9 years of network operations experience.
• CCNP certification required.
• Familiarity with data center networking and Cisco Nexus products.

Responsibilities

• Provide senior level support for network delivery issues.
• Participate in projects to transition to steady-state support.
• Troubleshoot complex problems and document procedures.
• Mentor junior staff and act as SME for selected tools/ processes.
