Job summary

Brite is seeking a Network Engineer to design, troubleshoot, install, and configure network hardware and software across customer environments, including servers, switches, and related devices. You will document configurations, procedures, and diagrams for ongoing support, and transfer knowledge to customers for self-sufficiency.

You’ll work with senior engineers to implement best-practice network solutions, travel to customer sites for onsite diagnostics, and contribute to multi-site

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, or related field or 2+ years experience in related field.
• Relevant certifications are highly preferred: CompTIA Security+, Network+
• Microsoft AZ-104, AZ-700; Palo Alto PCNSA, PSNSE

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot networking issues.
• Install, configure, monitor, test, and maintain firewalls, access points, switches, and other network infrastructures.
• Provide support for customers’ server environments.
• Travel to customer sites for diagnosis and remediation of discovered issues.
