Job summary

Anchor Point Technology Resources is seeking a Network Engineer responsible for designing, testing, and maintaining the Corporate data Network. This role requires extensive knowledge of networking hardware and the ability to troubleshoot complex Network issues.

Ideal candidates should have excellent communication skills and be able to work both independently and as part of a team. Responsibilities include providing Tier 3 support and planning for future corporate Network developments.

Qualifications

• Extensive hands-on experience with Cisco Network equipment.
• Strong knowledge of Networking principles and hardware.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 3 support for Network issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated Network related issues.
• Plan and design the future corporate Network.
• Install, configure and maintain new equipment for Networks.
• Utilize monitoring tools to evaluate Network performance.
• Document Network problems and resolutions for future reference.
