Job summary

Wyetech, LLC seeks a senior Network Engineer to support government contracts, focusing on system-level design, architecture, and enterprise security boundaries. The role requires experience with datacenter networks, Cisco routers/switches, firewalls, and IPsec VPNs.

The position offers a $5k bonus and a SEP IRA with 20% employer contribution, plus generous PTO and voluntary benefits. U.S. citizenship and TS/SCI clearance are required; relocation and mobility may be involved.

Qualifications

• Eight years demonstrable experience in network engineering (LAN), architecture, monitoring, security, and protection.
• Datacenter network design and architecture experience including installation and configuration of Cisco routers, switches, firewalls, and IPsec VPNs.
• TS/SCI with agency appropriate polygraph is required for this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide network support requiring system-level design, architecture or enterprise security boundaries.
• Manage on-call requirements and live ticketing activity using Remedy or similar systems.
• Maintain datacenter network infrastructure and security controls across CAN/MAN/LAN environments.

Job Overview

Provides Network support that requires system level design,architecture or enterprise security and security boundaries, datacentervirtualization, CAN/MAN/LAN infrastructure packet capture software,TCP/IP protocol stack, routing/switching protocols, stateful firewalls, andL3/L4 access controls.

Due to federal contract requirements, United States Citizenship and position appropriate security clearance is required. (e.g. Active TS/SCI security clearance with agency appropriate polygraph).

Responsibilities and Requirements

• Able to support on-call requirements.
• Able to work in live call environment and utilize remedy and/or other ticketing system to track tasking.
