Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience supporting and implementing solutions.
• Experience working in Managed/Professional services environments required.
• Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, networking, firewalls, wireless technologies, backup/recovery, and IT security frameworks.
• Experience with cloud migrations, infrastructure upgrades, and technology modernization initiatives.
• Excellent troubleshooting, communication, and client-facing skills.
• Microsoft, VMware, Aruba, or SonicWall certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies.
• Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft technologies including Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, virtualization, backup/recovery, and security solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve escalated infrastructure, network, and systems issues.
• Create technical documentation, diagrams, and project deliverables while adhering to industry best practices.
• Collaborate with project managers, technical teams, vendors, and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

We are looking for a Network Engineer in Hampton Roads to join our services team responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting modern network solutions for a diverse client base. This role serves as an engineer on infrastructure projects, working across on-premises and cloud environments while providing advanced technical support and consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in implementation and migration projects involving servers, networking, cloud platforms, and end-user technologies.
